No-Show Policy

We are getting busier and busier and want to ensure we efficiently staff our salon.

We have made some updates to our no-show policy. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to receive services. Since the services are reserved for you, a No-Show Fee of 35% of the total will apply if you forget.
